Returns Policy
You may return most new items within 7 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Just notify us at returns@eventswholesale.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will send you instructions for returning your product. We will send you a refund of the product minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Feathers, sparklers, flameless candles, and wedding equipment may incur a 20% restocking fee. Custom made items may not be returned. Please see additional details below or call us with specific questions. You may view a more detailed return policy for each product under the Warranty tab of the product you are purchasing.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
COLORED FEATHERS:
Colored feathers, peacock feathers, pheasant feathers, and boas will incur a 20% restocking fee.
COLORED LINENS:
Colored linens may not be returned, since they are custom made to order. We encourage you to request a complimentary fabric swatch before ordering. Also, please contact us if you need help in choosing the correct size linen.
COLORED EVENT PROPS:
Colored columns and arches may not be returned, since they are custom made to order.
GLASSWARE:
Our glass items are packaged well to prevent breakage. However, please let us know within 7 days if anything arrives damaged so that we can either send out a replacement or refund.
SPARKLERS:
Sparklers will incur a 20% restocking fee if returned.
FLAMELESS CANDLES:
Flameless candles will incur a 50% restocking fee if returned.
CANDELABRAS:
Candelabras may be returned as long as the package is unopened, and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Damage Claims
All damage claims must be placed within 7 days of delivery. Special instructions may be sent to complete the claim, such as the requirement to submit a photo of the damage.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and glass products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Our products are priced so competitively, if you do find the same item offered for lower price elsewhere, let us know, and we will match it!
